First of all, you need to figure out what to build. Figure out the things customers want and will pay for - as quickly as possible.

Instead of making a complex plan and trying to implement it, try to get into a feedback loop as quickly as possible (build a product => measure its performance => and learn from it).

Do this as cheaply as possible.

Failing is part of the process. Don't be mad about it. Learn from your mistakes and repeat the process.
