Recreating My Online Business: Pivots & Rebrands
Here is how I recreated my online business.

Around 3 months ago I started building my first serious online business.
It was a service that creates visual content for SaaS companies and a product with monthly visual templates for $9/month.
Long story short: my approach wasn’t the best.
No conversions.
No email sign-ups.
Then I launched on Product Hunt. The results weren’t great and I knew I needed to pivot.
I got a lot of feedback from X and had a call with Oos, which helped me to go in a new and better direction.
Strategy
Make the Monthly Visual Template the primary offer.
Make my service the backend offer.
Change the domain to something clearer.
Implementation
Changed the domain from halbritter-media.com to usevisuals.com
Made the Monthly Visual Template completely free.
Redesigned the landing page to make the offer clearer.
Indexed the new landing page to create a better funnel.
Impact
Increase in conversion rate.
Increase in email sign-ups.
Future Goals
Have as much fun as possible, while building products.
Build an email list as a base for future ventures.
Provide as much value as I can for FREE.
Get people involved in my journey.
Key Takeaway: Here is what I learned
Make sure that you are going consistently in the right direction.
Start with something achievable initially and expand later.
Provide value for free when starting out.
Make sure that your funnel is optimized.
Double down on what is working.
Pivots are normal and important.
Always test as much as possible.
Share your journey in public.
Clarity over everything.
I hoped you enjoyed this in-depth insight into my approach to building products. I hope you could learn from my mistakes or gain some inspiration.

Automate your visual content creation and publishing
If you are running a business, you already know the problem. Posting content is one thing. Doing it consistently across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and X while keeping everything on-brand is a full-time job you did not sign up for.
Situational Dynamics is an autonomous content engine that generates and publishes on-brand social media content for you. You fill out a short brand questionnaire. The system encodes your voice, colors, and audience into a design system. From that point forward, content arrives in your inbox ready for one-click approval, and approved posts get designed, rendered, and published automatically.
150 posts per month, zero manual work. Static posts, carousels, and blog content are generated and published across up to 5 platforms. You never open a design tool, write a caption, or touch a scheduler.
Your brand, not generic AI output. Every post is rendered through your personal design system with your exact colors, typography, and voice. No two clients produce the same visual style.
One-click approval from your inbox. Content ideas land as interactive email cards. Tap approve. That is your entire involvement.
Stop configuring tools. Start receiving results.
